For the past few weeks, I’ve been receiving wonderful feedback from the guests of my website. I sincerely express my gratitude to you and I consider your compliments and encouragements invaluable.
INQUIRIES & EMAILS
In line with those feedbacks, I have been receiving phone calls, text messages and some emails with your inquiries. I thank my guests who supply me with detailed information. But for those who don’t, I think we should practice the common courtesy of introducing ourselves first before we ask our questions. I would really appreciate it if you can provide your name and some important details of your inquiry (date of event, what you need, for what purpose, etc.),
I receive several inquiries everyday (especially through email), and I would be happy to immediately respond to your needs ASAP. But aside from replying to emails, I also attend to existing clients, illustrating designs, facilitating production, and so on and so fort. So sometimes, if I do not respond to your email immediately, that would mean that I may be busy at the moment. But please be patient, because surely, I will reply to your emails soon.
APPOINTMENTS
For fitting schedules or if you want to drop by our shop so we can personally discuss your needs, it is recommended that you schedule an appointment with me first. You may contact me through landline, email or cellphone. If you happen to call and I am not here, please leave your name, contact number, and your message so I can return your call. We value your time, so we are implementing this system so we can assure you that someone will be attending to your needs when you drop by for a visit. =)
If you already set your appointment, please do your best to arrive on schedule. If you are running late, simply inform me through text because sometimes it really can’t be helped and we understand. I’d be happy to move our meeting on a later time provided that I have no scheduled appointments that will be affected.
